Data We Collect
When you scan a goHublink QR code and join via WhatsApp, we collect:
- WhatsApp number — your primary identifier
- Name — from your WhatsApp profile
You may optionally update your profile later with:
- Age
- Gender
- Updated name or number
All profile fields are optional. You choose what to share.
How We Use Your Data
- Match you with relevant offers from nearby businesses
- Send offer notifications via WhatsApp
- Improve offer relevance using your profile (age, gender, location)
- Prevent fraud and spam in the network
We do not sell your data. We do not share your WhatsApp number with businesses unless you redeem an offer.
Your Control
- Opt out anytime: Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp to leave the network
- Delete your data: Email hello@gohublink.com — we delete within 30 days
- Update profile: Edit name, age, gender, or number anytime via the WhatsApp menu
Offers & Businesses
Offers come from partner businesses. goHublink is not responsible for:
- Offer accuracy, availability, or fulfillment
- Business service quality or disputes
- Terms set by individual businesses
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, offer availability, or specific results.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
